The book contains information on how to solve children's emotional problems, how to understand them. By listening children are taught active listening skills. This book gives tips on how to talk to the child that he would hear an adult person, presents the method of natural actions consequences; it is explained how to achieve the discipline, how to establish the rules and resolve conflicts.
