Lithuanian Criminal Code - Criminal Law piece, whose purpose - criminal law to defend human and civil rights and liberties, public and state interests from criminal activities.
The Code defines what acts are crimes and misdemeanors, and to prohibit them. It also establishes penalties and criminal sanctions for educational code of conduct, and forced medical measures. Justify criminal proceedings, establishes the framework and conditions, including the circumstances in which the offense was committed by persons who may be exempt from criminal responsibility or punishment.
