This book explores the questions for a general increase of aggression and violence and bullying, the development of certain forms and the causes and risk factors. The author deals very specifically with the problem of bullying. Wilfried Schubarth provides very detailed theoretical explanations and empirical representations about bullying. He also examines the issue of school shootings in schools. On these conceptual and methodological part follows a detailed consideration of preventive approaches and interventions. Several existing programs that are directed against bullying are described and analyzed in detail and also the question of their effectiveness is discussed.
This book is recommended to each educational service personnel and also to all other interested parties.
