DESCRIPTION
OF THE ORGANISATION
Zinev Art Technologies Ltd. has been established in the beginning of 2005 with the purpose of developing, implementing and managing European projects and providing consultations and training in the following spheres: Internet-based activities, vocational training, EU projecting, culture, art, tourism.

Vocational training and increasing the qualifications of the human resources are major factors for improving the competitiveness of Bulgarian enterprises and for strengthening the capacities of the non-profit non-governmental sector. Understanding these necessities ZAT participates in a number of initiatives, connected with provision of training and consultancy services for different target groups: SMEs or persons, willing to start up their own initiatives; NGOs; education and training institutions; public authorities.

Another sustainable line of activity is the establishment of public-private partnerships with Bulgarian municipalities for the purpose of projects development and implementation consultancy. Among the clients of ZAT are local authorities from all over Bulgaria, varying from small remote ones to district authorities.

ZAT is involved in the process of local action groups development following the LEADER approach within the framework of the national Program for rural regions development 2007-2013 (Axis 4). Among our clients are the Municipality of Radnevo, the Municipality of Kavarna and the Municipality of Yablanitsa.

In addition to this, the professional ZAT team has a second major direction of work – popularizing Bulgarian art throughout the country and abroad. ZAT maintains web-based galleries with various genres, demonstrating at present the products of more than 25 talented Bulgarian artists.
EXPERIENCE IN PREVIOUS PROJECTS During the period 2006-2010 ZAT has developed and participated as partner/subcontractor in the following successful projects:
  • “REVIT: Revitalizing Small Remote Schools for LifeLong Distance e-Learning” project, supported under the “Lifelong Learning Programme/ Transversal Programme / KA3: ICT”, Project No: 143664-LLP-1-2008-GR-KA3-KA3MP.
  • “OnAir: European media education” project, co-funded by the EC under the Lifelong learning programme, sub-programme Comenius, contract number: 142299-LLP-1-2008-1-IT-COMENIUS-CMP.
  • “Acquiring skills and achieving local social animation on the territory of municipalities Yablanitsa - Pravets for the development of a local action group”, supported under sub-measure 431-2 of the Rural development programme 2007-2013, financed by the European agricultural fund for rural development “Europe invests in the rural areas”, contract number: RD 50-369/28.12.2009.
  • “Acquiring skills and achieving local social animation for a potential local action group for the territory of the municipality of Kavarna” has been supported under sub-measure 431-2 of the Rural development programme 2007-2013, financed by the European agricultural fund for rural development “Europe invests in the rural areas”, contract number: RD 50-184/03.06.09.
  • “Acquiring skills and achieving local social animation on the territory of Radnevo Municipality for the development of a local action group”, supported under sub-measure 431-2 of the Rural development programme 2007-2013, financed by the European agricultural fund for rural development “Europe invests in the rural areas”, contract number: 50-368/28.12.2009

  • “National preservation area “Yailata” – tourist attraction with developed and accessible infrastructure”, Pilot Integrated Investment Scheme for Regional Development - BG2003/004.937.11.03 – developer/subcontractor;
  • “POMINA – Supporting local economic development through encouraging the business initiatives in the municipality of Novo selo, district Vidin”, project under the “Active services for the labor market” programme of the Ministry of labour and social policy, 2007 – developer/leading partner.
CONTACT PERSON’S EXPERIENCE With a degree in business administration and international economic relations Zornitsa Staneva is an experienced project manager with a number of successful pilot, transfer of innovation and valorisation projects under the LdV 2000-2006 programme. Since the year 2007 she has participated in a number of new EU projects, among which the “eTalent” /eLearning/, “Michelangelo” and “OnAir” /Comenius, LLP/, “REVIT” /KA3, LLP/ and “Math-Bridge” /eContentPlus/. In 2009 Zornitsa also implemented the “Internet and Youth-Art” project, supported by the Bulgarian State Agency for Youth and Sport.

She has studied carefully and implemented successfully the entire scope of project life connected operations, including project development, implementation, reporting and organizing everybody’s work as a target oriented team.

Zornitsa is also an external expert with the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture and Foods and is providing expertise for the formation of a number of local action groups under the LEADER approach within the framework of the national Program for rural regions development 2007-2013. Following her targeted efforts a selection of Bulgarian local action groups is about to enter in collaboration agreement with the group of the 13 approved GAL of Sardegna, Italy under the supervision of the district technical agency LAORE Sardegna.

So far Zornitsa Staneva has been involved as project planner, researcher and/or manager in more than 15 projects funded by the European Commission and Bulgarian public bodies, in the field of education and training, ICT application, tourism, youth, culture and art.
