The project foresees the involvement of teachers, of the class coordinator that interacts with the group also to intervene in serious situations. The team will introduce itself to the class as a support group not only to sensitive issues such as bullying, but as an aid to school everyday problems. The team let the school to be known, gives advice and in turn creates a group of students of grade 11 and 12 which helps in the most difficult issues the younger students

The project gives support and confidence not only in case of unpleasant incidents of bullying, but also as a reference group for younger students. They can refer to this group for advice, help in the study and at the same time the group reaches a self-consciousness as a precise identity in its own institute

Detection protocol, Intervention protocol, Help-line/counseling, Playground supervision, Disciplinary methods, Classroom management, Classroom rules, Whole-school anti-bullying policy, School conferences, Cooperative group work, Peer support, Duration for teachers (4 days or more), Duration for children (at least one academic year).
