The Guide is divided into three different parts:
-Clarification of concepts related to bullying. It includes a description and analysis of cases and tries to define those situations that might be classified as bullying from those others that are not.
-The approach to the proceedings and strategies that can be carried out in schools to prevent, intervene, evaluate and follow up regarding peer bullying. This part emphasizes the importance of mentoring as an educational resource and reminds that everything that occurs in space and time at school has educational character, and it is responsibility from all community members to ensure there will be no episodes of mistreatment among schoolchildren.
-It contains a brief list of references to broaden, deepen and learn more on this topic.
