The book contains information on how to solve children's emotional problems, how to understand them. By listening children are taught active listening skills. Teachers and parents will find useful material on the conflict solution strategies, anger management, useful information about the discipline and rules.
The book is useful for development of communication skills both for adults and for children. Shown communication skills serve for more efficient communication, allow to raise the culture of communication between relationship as the children learn from adults.
