DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS:

This study used the many applied Bully-Victim Questionnaire by Dan Olweus as a basis and determined the extent of German schools, which is different from the results of the investigations of Olweus.
Furthermore, this study examines the influences of the contexts of parents, peers and school violence, also to those who are directed against teachers.
In addition to the questionnaire survey results of a qualitative observational study are presented, in which sanctions were analyzed for standard openings and rough and tumble plays.

REVIEWER’S COMMENTS ON THE DOCUMENT:

This article analyzes playful rough and tumble plays and their limits to physical aggression, which must be regarded as violence. This article illustrates, despite the risk of violence and bullying, it is important not to curtail children and young people in their natural development and that tumble games can be a part of this development and may not.
