Description of Dissemination Event:
This event was a Conference organised by the Times Educational Supplement (TES)on 'How to protect your school from Cyber Bullies'. There were four speakers - Professor Tanya Byron, an independent National and International Government Advisor on children, young people and the digital media; Yvonne Spencer, an education law specialist; Adam Vincenzini - a social media expert who advises on tactics to deal with cyber bullying; and Laura Pearce who works at the Professionals Online Safety Helpline and is an expert in e-safety.

Attendees included Headteachers and Teachers from all over the UK.

Outcomes and Results:
I was able to explain about the project and hand out leaflets to all attendees and the four speakers. Lots of interest was expressed and two of the four speakers - Yvonne Spencer and Laura Pearce will look for other ways to disseminate information to their school contacts about the project and even consider becoming an Associated Partner.
