Description of Dissemination Event:

This was a training event on 'Safeguarding and anti-bullying' run by Derbyshire County Council. The event was specifically about bullying and included group work to agree a bullying definition, strategies to deal with bullying, sources of anti-bullying information etc. I was able to make a formal presentation about the project to the trainees.

Headteachers, teachers, Social Services staff, Children's Home staff etc

Information about the project was well received. A summary of the project with contact details was handed out to all trainees and after the event all trainees were e-mailed a copy of the initial UK report submitted at the first project meeting.
