Information about the project, an invitation to participate in project initiative and sign the documents as the institution that make decisions (Public Authority) and to involve its employees as Policy Makers.

Panevežys district Municipality Children's Rights Department(contact person: Head of the department Nijolė Stakytė: - plans and organizes the department work; - coordinates projects in the temporary custody; - guardianship establishment; - termination and the inclusion/exclusion of the families into/from dysfunctional families.

The head of the department was aware of the project; it was discussed during the meeting and there was discussion about further co-operation that is expected in late August.
