Informative email was sent to Kaunas District's Centre for Addictive disorders, the section of Children's and youth long-term rehabilitation department. Email contained project description and invitation to participate in project initiative and sign the documents as the institution that makes decisions (Public Authority) and to involve its employees as Policy Makers.
