Description of Dissemination Event:

Because of the retirement of one of our Assistant Head Teachers later this year, we have to recruit a replacement. During the selection process, eight candidates from across the country were invited for interview, over two days. As part of the first day, in my role as Business Manager for Wilsthorpe, I interviewed all of the candidates individually and took the opportunity to supply details of the project, handing out leaflets and giving a demonstration of the project web site.
