The psyco educational counselling is a tool that answers the need to face up the educational emergency of our time .. the school must be able to meet the new needs created by the deep social transformations. The aim is not to provide dignosis but to offer support and support strategies to the change. Infact each user who turns to the counselling with the operator defines a "project of change" for well-beings, for parental support, to improve the quality of the relationship between parents and children and between family and school. The improvement of the quality of relationships and therefore of life is the primary prevention in situations of discomfort. The counselling can also be seen increasingly as an opportunity to strengthen and develop their own resources
The counselling have been triggered by a growing flow of students, teachers and parents. The main demands were focused on relationships, the difficulty of getting in touch with the other. The counselling has been essential to promote the relational skills with the class, between students, between students and adults
