DESCRIPTION OF THE GOOD PRACTICE:

This program is specifically aimed on preventing bullying between peers, that is to say, which is provoked, and falls upon the students, but is focused on a much larger context which has as an objective education within democratic values, peaceful coexistence, and the promation of tolerance and of education towards peace.
The program is also structured in three parts of the contents which are:
-Life in classrooms and school violence.
-How to prevent school violence.
-Direct intervention strategies.

RESULTS:

There are different results provided from research, both from Spain and other countries.

INDICATORS:

Definition of bullying or cyberbullying, Intervention protocol, Help-line/counseling, Parent training/meetings, Classroom management, Teacher training, Whole-school anti-bullying policy, Information for parents, Cooperative group work, Peer support, Intensity teachers (10 h. or more), Duration for teachers (4 days or more).
