REVIEWER’S COMMENTS ON THE DOCUMENT:

This web site doesn't go into any great depths and really seems aimed more at young people than adults trying to deal with the problem. That said the site does describe some useful Bullying Survival Tips for young people:

1) Ignore the bully and walk away
2) Hold the anger
3) Don't get physical
4) Practice confidence
5) Take charge of your life
6) Talk about it
7) Find your (true) friends
