DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS:

Bullying is a problem that must be taken at the origin. A prevention near the young children (from the age of 5 or 6 years old) is necessary and proves to be particularly judicious. The realization and the changes of behaviours present more chance of success at this age.
The « School without bullying » project suggests to primary schools everywhere in Belgium concrete and realizing prevention initiatives for the group, rather than only for the bullier or the bullied, that is a new characteristic for this approach. The initiatives integrate perfectly in the current activities of the school in the matter of bullying, of social aptitude, of health, etc.
The interactive animation sequence « Victor and his wellness engine” (for the pupils of the first and the second year) is the centre of the idea “School without bullying”. This project is completed with under-projects as “the Parliament of bullying”.

REVIEWER’S COMMENTS ON THE DOCUMENT:

To help young children to express themselves their feelings and to manage the acceptable or unacceptable behaviours of the school. They have then an idea of the way to react in front of this kind of unacceptable behaviours and how they can propose or ask help.
