REVIEWER’S COMMENTS ON THE DOCUMENT:

This document shows that there is Ministry level alarm at the situation of violence in schools, and furthermore, that the first important steps towards tackling the issue have been taken. The first steps refer to the degree of public awareness of the issue and their increasing willingness to implement new measures. The entire content of this document is based on a study conducted by the Institute of Education Sciences.
This document may have a greater impact than others because the Ministry is able to make certain provisions mandatory for all primary and secondary education.
