DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS:

For the last three decades the phenomenon of peer vioelence have been observing and researching in different countries both in Europe and Spain. One of the most important conclusions of these studies has been the lack of agreement in the scientific community about the Spanish term that relates to this social phenomenon. However, this problem did not present in other cultures such as the Anglo-Saxon. At this respect, was developed a transcultural study with the aim of collecting the terms that children use to refer to such situations and factors that influence the use of one or another.
