Lithuanian Law on Administrative Violations of the task is to protect the Republic of Lithuania, public order, property, social, economic, political and personal rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as companies, institutions and organizations of the rights and legitimate interests in the governance arrangements, the state and public order, strengthening the the legality of preventing violations of law, educate the citizens that they are accurate and comply with the departing of the Lithuanian Constitution and other laws, to respect the rights of other citizens, the honor and dignity, in good faith to meet their obligations to act responsibly to society.
