In this article / legal consultation, the General Prosecutor's Office responds to the General Prosecutor's Office Web sites visitor, who claims that his child is being bullied at school and he wants to know who he should contact. The General Prosecutor's Office indicates what legal actions should be taken by parents of the bullied child in order to achieve that the bully gained penal responsibility.
This article states how to punish the guilty ones of consequences of bullying, but citizens are not encouraged to look for cause of bullying and to solve their conflicts peacefully. In my opinion, that it is a negative practice, because the priority should be to give information on how to resolve conflict peacefully. And most parents should be interested in their child's psychological well-being (after all, they try take care that their child is not bullied), instead of acting on the contrary and searching for the guilty ones through law institutions - the child would survive the additional stress until the end of the trial.
