During a plenary session of the Parliament of the French Community of November 17, 2010, an oral question of the deputy MR. Florence Reuter on the topic “Increase in the facts of racket and harassing between young people” gave the opportunity to the Minister Evelyne Huytebroeck to make some developments. The Minister pointed out that “the police or legal statistics available to date do not make it possible to objectify a significant growth of the facts of racket or incivilities”.
In the schools where the reflexion on violence associates the pupils, it releases a space of word and encourages the self-discipline and the respect of the other, violence decreases… But it takes also time, a staff, a framework, a school charter, an educational and stable project which falls under the duration, public budgets to support the totality…
