This project involves the formation of a group of volunteer students who set themselves as a reference for the group of peers and facilitators of positive relationships among students. It consists of two phases: the formation of the group of peer educators and interventions in grade 9 and 10
This project offers the opportunity to individual students, to the peer group and the class group to discuss freely and to compare experiences It helps young students to develop the ability to meet the demands of everyday life and to be confident in themselves and in others and in the community. Students support teachers in managing the conflict and involve them in peer education training. The setting up of a group of peer educators teaches them how to get a supporting role for the others
Intervention protocol, Help-line/counseling, Disciplinary methods, Classroom management, Classroom rules, Whole-school anti-bullying policy, School conferences, Cooperative group work, Peer support, Intensity teachers (10 h. or more), Duration for teachers (4 days or more), Duration for children (at least one academic year).
